A small office is not precluded from being classified as an Multinational Manager or Executive for EB1 Green Card (EB1C), provided the requisite corporate affiliation exists and all other requirements are met. However, you should know that it may be difficult for a petitioner to establish that the beneficiary will be engaged primarily in a managerial or executive function. 

While you may have some managerial or executive duties, simply to keep the business running, you may normally be spending the majority of your time doing the day-to-day work of the business. Therefore, you major work may not be in a managerial or executive function, which may lead to difficult to get your EB1C Green Card approval
