My EB1-EA Has Been Approved, Is there any Problem for Me to File I-485? |

My self-petitioned I-140 EB1-EA has been approved in CSC, but I changed my job before I-140 approval. Is there any problem for me to file I-485?
Answer:
There should not be any problem since you are the petitioner. But there is possibility that a local USCIS office interview is called for you to prove you are still in the same field.
You can file the I-485 application, but it is better to ask your current employer to write a letter to verify you are still doing the same work, in case you will get an interview.
