DOL Announcement of New Prevailing Wage Determination Procedure in Place: This announcement is dated January 4, 2010 considering New Year holiday and weekend holidays.

The announcement states that the Office of Foreign Labor Certification’s (OFLC) National Prevailing Wage and Helpdesk Center is open and is currently accepting for processing Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) requests for use in the H-1B, H-1B1 (Chile/Singapore), H-2B, E-3 (Australia) and the permanent labor certification programs, as well as PWD requests for use in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
